Annual Flower & Garden Festival. Ginny's favorite time to go to EPCOT. So many ideas for our Butterfly Garden!!! Festival plants include 60 different species of trees, 47 palms, and 48 varieties of bedding plants. 400 Walt Disney World horticulturists are needed to install the festival landscape, topiaries and many exhibits. 100 EPCOT horticulturists maintain topiaries and other festival displays. It takes more than one full year and about 24,000 cast member hours to prepare for the annual festival.

Beautiful flowers in the lake. 225 floating mini-gardens, each three feet in diameter, of multi-hued impatiens provide splashes of color on two ponds that border the walkway between Future World and World Showcase.

Butterfly flower plantings around the lake. Awesome! More than 500,000 plants, trees and shrubs are planted for the festival. 250,000 of those are annual blossoms installed for the festival.

Going to see the butterflies! Going to see the butterflies! Going to see the butterflies!!!!! We love visiting the butterfly garden. This large garden area inside a mesh tent offers the perfect opportunity to see one of nature's most beautiful creatures -- the butterfly -- up close and in large quantities. There are hundreds of butterflies from up to 10 species inside the space as well as the gorgeous flora.

Located in Epcot's Future World, Chip and Dale's Harvest Feast at the Garden Grill restaurant is one of the only places you'll find Mickey Mouse in Epcot — and certainly the only place you'll find Chip, Dale, and Pluto! These four characters provide the ample entertainment at this family-style restaurant! The food is served on platters here, so it’s an all-you-can-eat feast with your family; and since the beginning of EPCOT Center, this restaurant has had many different styles, but has always been a rotating circle of tables. Throughout your meal, you’ll see several of the different scenes from the Living with the Land ride below!
